Maisie Peters is back with Florescence, her third studio album, co-produced alongside two-time Grammy winner Ian Fitchuck. This is the Forget Me Not Edition: a limited 140g blue Inkplosion EcoRecord with a printed innerbag.
The record itself comes from roughly nine recycled plastic bottles recovered from post consumer waste, pressed with injection-moulding technology. Compared with traditional vinyl production, that cuts carbon emissions during manufacture by up to 85%. Packaging uses responsibly sourced FSC certified board.
Inkplosion is a brand new effect exclusive to EcoRecord, so no two copies look alike, and Florescence is the first LP made with it. Lyrically the album works through perspective, self-realisation and healing, and how the right love can help mend the wrong ones.
